The Equality Golf Cup is a charity event consisting of two parts, a physical part where on 3-4 June a golf tournament will be held on the Novo Santi Petri Golf Club course in Chiclana, where 4 teams made up of celebrities (athletes, actors, singers, bullfighters, celebrities), businessmen and journalists will participate, representing each of the NGOs, three from Cádiz and one from Spain.
Footgolf is a sport that fuses goal and football in one. It was founded in 2009 in the Netherlands and is becoming more and more popular in Andalusia, where many of its golf courses are already practicing this new sport.
Golf in Andalusia, above all, is employment. Stable and quality employment, since 52,000 people work in our community directly or indirectly related to golf. Contributing to the region’s economy 5,400 million euros, nothing less than 3% of Andalusian PIB.
