The new companies in Andalusia grows by 77.3% with 2,110 creations

The number of trading companies set up in Andalusia last March was 2,110, which represents an increase of 77.3% compared to the same period last year. These are the latest figures offered by the National Statistics Institute (INE) on Mercantile Companies in Andalusia, as reported by the media such as Teleprensa.

With this rate, Andalusia ranks third in Spain in the creation of trading companies, behind Castilla La Mancha (115.2%) and Murcia (89.1%).

The capital subscribed for the incorporation of companies exceeded €56.9 million, and the capital paid up was €56.2 million.

Among the new companies, the predominant legal form was the limited company, with 2,106 companies, while only four cases of public limited companies were registered during March in Andalusia.

Finally, 410 commercial companies increased their capital, with a subscribed capital exceeding €177.2 million. The number of companies that reduced capital was 87 and only two companies paid out dividends.
