Nearly 5,000 new companies were created in Andalusia last August

The number of registered companies in August 2021 in Andalusia amounted to 235,477, registering a growth of 2.1% compared to the same month in 2020. This is equivalent to 4,865 more entities. Andalusian exports to the Asian continent reached the figure of 1,607 million euros in the first six months of 2021, which represents an increase of 22.8% over the same period last year, according to Extenda data. In turn, these data reflect a clear sign of recovery, by practically equalling the export figures of the first half of 2019, the period before the pandemic, when they reached 1,623 million euros.
